Pathophysiology
Pathophysiology involves a lot of reading, new vocabulary, definitions, understanding and memory. Students need to study pathophysiology everyday, keep up and never get behind. Time management plays an important part and students have to discipline themselves to create a schedule and stick to it. They need to take notes on everything they read including new vocabulary. Within 24 hours, students should review their notes and polish them by editing and adding additional information. These notes are essentially their study material for exams. Students need to do any questions in the text and study guide if they have one. After they have worked on their own to learn the material, they should find a group to discuss the material with, if this type of learning suits them.
